Category picker: exception by default for logued user (no access to the category tree by default)

By default a logued user could not access to the category tree. When accessing to the category field in the metada he see an empty category selector, no warning message about the fact that he can not access to the category tree and an exception in the console.

As this is the default mode, this one should work correctly.
