Config wizared step 8.1 - Import file: please check HTML and give a name to the first column

I am located on the extracted view of the ZIP file to import.

In term of look and feel we could do muhc better. Clearly speaking this is really hard for a Jahia newbie to understand such a screen and all the options.

1) the HTML layout is broken in the topbar (grey background is not aligned to the right border)
2) The name column is empty. There is only a checkbox. Clearly some label is missing in order to describe all three options. For instance (Permission sur le serveur) is quite cryptic even for myselft. So I doubt a jahia newbie will understand the purpose of such a field. We need to clarify it.
