Config wizard: JahiaInstallation.bat redirects to rapidly on the page when IE is already launched

If IE6 is already launched, when clicking on jahiainstallation.bat this automatically redirects the brwoser while Jahia has not starter yet. So we have a "Page cannot be displayed" in the browser. No a very successful first time experience.
