User managment : no possibilities to select users from a specific site: example Categories / Multiple Virtual Sites Env

Consider several virtual sites on your instance with different users affected to each site
In the server administration panel, select "Manage Categories"

select a category in the tree and select the right Tab
Then Add right on the category

There is no possibilities to select the virtual site where you want the user from.
