Latest News Box

I created a page using the News template.
I added some news, and selected a category for each of them.
On the home page, I created a box Latest News.
When I select a category for the box, the filter works well.
I published all the website.
In live mode, everything works well.

The problem is that when I logout, the news disappear !!!

I have never modified neither the news nor the box rights!

Note that the problem happens on the official SP4 build and the latest hotfix!
