GXT initialization the first time with browser cache flushed: no GXT init

When installing a new nightly build, I am often flushing all my browser caches before the process just to be sure to reload the good javascript and JS libs. I noticed several times, some issues with IE6 the first time I was accessing to the home page. No toolbars or action menu appeared.

In fact, in order to reproduce the issue, you can do it from a very simple manner:

• With IE6, enter in the Admin center
• Flush all your browser caches
• Exit the admin Center.
  -> GXT is not reloaded. You need to click on F5 in order to refresh the page. Then it is correctly reloaded.
