Description
In TBP popup engine, when the "Yes" option of inherit from parent is active (by default it's the case) the 'Scheduling type ' list should not be active and 'date selectors' icons should be hidden (as it's the case in SP4). when we click on 'No' option they should become active and let the user defined the TBP type and other related parameters.
This popup engine's behavior/functionality should be exactly equal with SP4'.
