Cron engine ergonomy

It is very difficult to understand how to use the cron engine.

On first access, no job is defined. so I fill the form to create a first job, and then I click on the only button under the form (which looks like a submit button), and I get an incomprehensible error message: "le site distant doit être spécifié" (but I had well specified a site key)
In addition, the form has been emptied, so I have to full reconfigure my job, whereas I should have just to adjust it according to the error message.
Finally, I think I have understood how to use it:

1/ Fill the form
2/ Do not click on the button below the form, but on the "add" button in upper left (the job is added in jobs list)
3/ If you want to modify your job, select it in the jobs list, edit and click on "apply" (still in upper part of the engine) . Same with "delete" button to delete a job.
4/ When you are happy, click on save (yes, the "submit" button below the form)

I hope I'll never have to explain it a customer
