Nstep workflow: green workflow status in another lang when the page is not translated (and never published)

I have a site in two lang. I changed a workflow std on an existing page (only one lang available: FR). And when the page is refreshed, this correctly mentions Nstpe 1 in red for the current lang, but I have a green icon with a N for the second untranslated lang. This is not normal
