SP4: Mandatory lang and No Workflow: green icon while the container is not published

I have two lang (FR and DE) and one is mandatory (DE).

I have a published page in two lang. I am logued with root. I created on this published page a main_content which is only available in FR (not manfdatory) and I turned it into a distinct no workflow container.

The no workflow status indicates green in FR while nothing is available in live mode. A red no workflow is available in German.

Problem with the green no workflow in FR. This should be a red one.
