Workflow Std; Notifications: bad email in case of partial validation

I have two lang (FR and DE) with DE which is mandatory.

I created a main_content in frech only . I put a distinct workflow on this main_content.

As Root I could see some partial validation icon and I could bypass mandatory lang in order to only validate french (normal - root could bypass mandatory lang).

However
1) nothing goes live in my main_content (I will open another JIRA)
2) a notification is sent with some partial validation (no url in the partial validation - just the pid of the page) indiciating that some object are publishied but not all. In such a case nothing was validated. Furtermore the email indicates each missing field while the workflow has a granularity at a container level. So we could only mention the "guilty container" and not all untranslated fields (perhaps with the title or similar aggregated information similar to the search results).
