SP4: Workflow std Notification: emails are a mix of all langages

I created an email alias per user. I have one user per language available in the MySetting. My site is only available in FR and DE. However I setup some users which should receive email in Portugues, italien, english or spanish (currently this is possible).

This is one example of email I receive (all languagae are mixed in the email with nearly a mix of all lang (spanish for the title, english for the category of validation, french for the causes of the error - sic!!!)
