Description
Regarding the new settings to choose the language of the email nofitication:
- by default this is always the english whcih is selected (e.g. when you create a new user and then you login with this user in your mysetting the first time). Perhaps it would be better to automatically choose the first language of the site (or if translation does not exist in this language, the second one, etc... and if no language on the site exists to fallback to english)
- Do we watn to list such new options in the User management interface in the admin center. How does the siteadmin could setup such role for certain end-user?
- There is no translation (in french at least) for this new settings in the MySettings engine. Please reassign this JIRA to Stéfanie if this is correctly ressource bundlized but the french transaltion is missing so that she could fulfill the missing texts
