SP4: Readme: Monitoring How to

On Teh montiroing How to, I would add a "commercial section" with for instance Yourkit.

I would also add (or extend) the Memory/Heap section with a paragraph about

• how to make a JVM memory dump
• Tools such as SAP Memory Analyzer to analyze them

I would also list how to make a Thread Dump.

Finally I would clearly mention that, in case of problem (performance, memory) with eithe a thread dump or a memory dump (or both) are highly recommended + a link to our JIRA system to enter the issue (+ a link to Jahia commercial support agreement for SLA).

This will perhaps help avoid saying the same things again and again in all customers JIRA.
