SP4: File Integrity Warning: no integrity chekcs when moving a file (or a parent directory) from shared to root/private

When moving an image used in a main:content (and published on a page visible by guest), there is no integrtiy warning when moving the file (or a parent directory) to the root/private directory (for example) while there is some impact on the live image.
