Full server reimport: guest user is added when it was not present on first site

I am not sure of this one and I will have to verify it.

I created three default Corpv2 sites on build 20902. I removed all ACL on certain containers. I validated all my pages. Then I exported all the sites and reimported them on a fresh build during install wizard.

It seems to me that there is only the guest group available when you create a new virtual site, but we insert the guest user with R privilege when we reimported the whole site through the config Wizard.

I will have to check as I did so many changes on this site so perhaps I added the guest user and I do not remember it.

But in all the cases this is quite confused to have one user guest and one group guest as all the logued users could see what the guest user could see. So the group guest is useless. But I presume that removing it for the 5.0 will lead to too much consquences. Let's see it for Andromeda.
