Cross-site Linked copies are not reimported

I had some linked copies from site A to site B. I exported all the sites. I reimported my whole platform on a fresh nightly builds. Linked copies within the same site (A) still exist. Linked copies between site A and site B have disapeared and were not correctly reimported.
