Link to own page if not published also creates a warning

If I create a link to the current page (e.g. to jump up/down to a different section), I get an integrity warning:

Field contains a link to the page [Simple (id=18)], which is in the "staging" state and has never been validated. That will cause a "403 Error" in "Live" mode, if the link is followed

For a link to the current page I think that this warning does not have to be displayed as in Live mode this will not create a 403 Error really, because the page will be published then.
