    Description

      it takes 25s to perform this operation, whereas from user point of vue, quite nothing has been done:
      root page's workflow has not changed, the only difference is that std workflow is locally defined, and no more inherited
      no change has been done for subpages: they still inherit a std workflow. the only difference is that they inherit it from a different page now.
