Impossible to select a time based publishing hour in the calendar JS date selector. this closes the date picker without keeping the new hours/minutes value (both FF and IE).

By default, if you only change the hours for today (=default value), this should store the new published hour for today. Even if you try to select a date and then reopen the data picker in order to reselect another hour, this does not work.
