Sp3: FCK - Link on pages in staging (or with a time based publishing) should be indicated in FCK

If I remember correctly we implemented a first version of the FCK internal link selector with pages only available in staging being mentionned in red. This was quite useful for the author as you know thiw will generate a broken link if you make a cross-reference to another section with another kind of workflow process.

Same is true for time based publishing expiration (if you link on a page which will only "start" at a certain date or will "expire" after a while. Could we either list the TBP icon or perhaps better add two columns with start and end dates (if and only if the time base dpublishing module is activated).
