Formats with seconds and milliseconds

    Description

      If I include seconds and milliseconds in a DateFormat, the default value is displayed correctly, but as soon as I open the datepicker and choose a new date, instead of the seconds and miiseconds the format string (ss and SSS) is displayes. This is a minor issue as probably it is used very seldom.
