Regenerate templates.xml when exporting a site

When templates.jar is generated to be included in export archive, templates.xml is taken in deployed templates directory instead of being regenerated.
I have seen a site for which some deployed templates had been renamed (name of the deployed template, not of the jsp), and others had been manually added. So the templates.xml file didn't contain all in use templates, and some other where declared in, but with a wrong name. As a result, those templates where not found during import.

It would be better if templates.xml was regenerated so that it contains all in use templates (to avoid not imported contents) and only in use templates (to estimate quickly which templates have to be migrated).
