Hardcoded context in url's bigtext - Causes problem when moving context in Root context for all bigtext's hardcoded urls

Hardcoded internal urls in big text includes the context (jahia/Jahia) by default. If you try to migrate your environement afterwards (to jahia/cms or to a root environement /cms/), all your urls in your big texts are bad.

I did the tests while making the internal link from the new FCK with the new AJAX sitemap page picker of the 4.2. So 1) we should recommend to the editors to only use pids (e.g.: "14") within big texts. We can not enforce the fact that the editor will perhaps need a manner to enforce a full url (e.g. pointing to another Jahia site on another server). However we must be sure to correctly generate url if the editor uses our default page picker so that migration to another context could be as smooth as possible afterwards.
