4.2: slide - creation of a new directory closes all the open pop-ups so you can not select a file any more

If I try to create a new directory, this closes all the open pop-ups (two levels of pup-ups). Seems like we have a problem with the Javascript which closes the pop-ups, which closes a bit too much the different level of engines... The same problem should then prbably although appear in the ACL layer (selecting a user) or with any other double levels edition pop-ups
