Monitoring manager / Blank window

From the Admin tool bar, I click on 'Monitoring', a pop up window show up, but it is blank, indicating that the contents are loaded (status bar => done) (screenshot)
I resize the produit using my mouse, and suddenly the content of the monitoring apprears !!
